We host different neighborhood events throughout the year. If you would like to host an event or join the Events Committee, please let us know.

If you are planning any home improvements which require architectural approval, please reach out to a member of the committee for an approval letter or review of your plan.

• All positions are currently filled, however Officer and Area Rep positions may open up throughout the year. 
• Elections for open Officer or Area Rep positions are held during the Annual Homeowners meeting in the first quarter of the year. 
• We will reach out to interested homeowners when positions are available off cycle. 
• All board positions are voted on by the current board.
