                Annual Dues

TOWBOHA Annual Dues are $40 and are due on May 1.  

• Annual dues can now be paid online, but if you prefer to pay with a check, you can still do so (see below).
• To pay online, navigate to www.nemanichconsulting.com and follow the prompts to create your account on the portal.  You'll need your ID # from your statement to complete the sign-up process.
• Please note that if you pay with an eCheck, there is no fee, but if you pay with a credit card, there is a nominal processing fee charged.
• If you need a current statement, please call Nemanich at (815) 609-2330 to request one.
• If you prefer to pay by check, you can mail it to Nemanich Consulting, 2756 Caton Farm Road, Joliet, IL 60435.  Be sure to include your account ID number on your check.

         City Building Permits

Did you know that in order to obtain a city building permit for certain home improvement projects like installing or replacing a fence, deck, patio, etc., you must have an approval letter from our Architectural Committee?  

How to get your Approval Letter:

• Be sure to review the Covenants (Note that above ground pools and/or sheds WILL NOT be approved)
• Submit a copy of your plan to our Architectural Committee Chair, Bill Meyer
• Nemanich Consulting will also receive a copy of your information.
• Bill will contact you to set up an in-home visit to talk about your plan and to get a visual of the proposed layout/location
• Bill and one or more members from the Architectural Committee will arrive at the scheduled in-home visit
• Once the Committee has reviewed your plan, Nemanich Consulting and/or Bill will send you an electronic approval letter for your plan.

             HOA Meetings

As per our bylaws, the Board of Directors and Committee members will meet quarterly.  

Also, per our bylaws, the annual general meeting for all HOA Members will be held 1x per year, typically in November, but special meetings for the general membership can be called throughout the year at the Board's discretion.
